After having enjoyed the incredible life quality that the Costa Del Sol has to offer for some time. Linnea & Marc, the founders of Cocoon Marbella, realized that the quality of service within real estate sales & rentals was in general not up to the standard that many international buyers expect. 

Instead of complaining they took action. They analyzed the market and the way things were done "on the ground" for more than a year before forming the real estate agency that is now known as Cocoon Marbella.

The meaning behind the name "Cocoon" has obvious reasons. We believe that the goal of your purchase should be to find a home, not just a property. Wether that be your holiday or permanent residence.
