Our process is very straightforward. It usually takes no more than 1-2 weeks to take professional photographs and list your property on all major portals. If you require the touristic rental license then add a couple of weeks to this timeline.

You will receive summaries and payments for the previous months, at the start of each new month.

The high season peaks in July and August, so if you want to generate the most possible income then you want to make sure to not miss out on these months. During these 2 months, owners can charge per week what they normally charge per month in low season. The mid season is typically defined as April-June + September. October-March can be used to find tenants looking to for a longer stay over the winter, in order to maximise profitability.

Yes, a tourist rental license is mandatory for short-term rentals. Requirements vary by municipality, and fines for non-compliance range from €1,000 to €90,000. We can assist you with acquiring this if you have not got it.
