I need help with decoration and interior design, how does your interior/decoration services work?
We can help you with everything from complete styling and decoration of your home, to just adding a few details.
After an inspection of the property, we will give you specific suggestions on how we feel that you can improve your home out of a rentability perspective.. If you are looking for a full service decoration and furnishing of an empty property we also offer this service. Contact us for pricing as it varies based on the size of your property.
How long does it take to get started?
If you already have the touristic rental license in place, then we usually photograph and list the property within a week.
In case you need help with acquiring the license, then we can connect you with our trusted solicitor who typically charges 120€ for the service.

What do I need before I start renting out my apartment?
Something you always need to do before renting out your property is to apply for a touristic rental license. This process can take up to 2 weeks so it's good to be prepared. You can always consult with us and we can help you with everything from applying for a rental license to finding a good accountant and lawyer.
You should also decide beforehand when you will be looking to use your property. We block the dates that you wish you use your property. The sooner we know, the better.

I want to rent out my property, but wish to use it a few weeks of the year myself, is this possible? And how does it work?
Yes, this is a quite unique service that offer our clients. However, bare in mind that we always recommend that you use your holiday home during the low season and leave the high season for rentals available for guests, in order to maximize your return.
Simply notify us with the dates you wish to use the property and we will block the calendar manually for you. It's also possible to use our services for cleaning and laundry upon departure for your own convenience.
